Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th, 1981) is an American actor from the United States. He began his career with the roles he played in TV series for instance, Opposite Sex in the year 2000. Following his appearance in a variety of film for teenagers, including Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he gained acclaim for portraying the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch. Evans appeared in further movie adaptations of comics and graphic novels: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). His fame grew due to his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble movies The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He was one of the highest paid actors on the planet due to his role in the Marvel series.
